Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and for keeping your login details private.

MotoBuddy helps motorcyclists find each other, join city and region groups, plan rides and talk. We provide the platform. We do not organise rides, we do not vet the people you meet beyond identity verification, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with other users.

Meeting people from the internet and riding with them carries risk. You decide who you meet, where and how you ride, and whether your equipment and licence are in order. Ride within the law and within your ability. We are not liable for anything that happens during a meeting or a ride arranged through the app.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, stalk or abuse anyone
• post sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise illegal content
• impersonate another person or create a fake profile
• spam, scam, phish or advertise without our permission
• collect other users' data, scrape the service, or bypass its security
• use the app if you are under 18

You keep ownership of your photos and messages. You give us a licence to store, display and transmit them so the app can work. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

You can report or block any user from their profile or from a chat. We review reports and may remove content, warn a user, suspend an account or ban it permanently, with or without notice, when these terms are broken. We may also remove content that we consider harmful to the community even where no specific rule names it.

MotoBuddy is free to use. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple or Google. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, then Delete account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days.

The service is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Polish law applies, and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you a different forum.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app, and continuing to use MotoBuddy after they take effect means you accept them.
